They opted for some beautifully unique names for their eldest kids, so we always knew Jamie and Jools Oliver would chose something just as fitting for their newborn son.
Just days after Jools teased her two-week-old baby’s first name, chef Jamie has ‘formally introduced’ the tot as River Rocket.
In a typically adorable Instagram post, Jamie shared a photo of himself and Jools along with their newborn and two of his sweet siblings.
“It’s probably polite to formally introduce the new boy to you. His name’s River Rocket Oliver. We think it suits him, and he’s a little gift and we are all very happy,” he gushed.
The 41-year-old went on to thank his legion of followers for ‘all their kind wishes’.
Judging from the Insta comments, it seems ‘River Rocket’ is a total hit among Jamie’s 4.8million-strong following; verdicts ranged from ‘fab’ to ‘wonderful’.
Jools teased the tot’s name just two days ago, sharing a photo of a canvas reading ‘Dream Big River’, with a sweet little rocket emoji in the caption.
The Olivers are also parents to Poppy Honey Rose, Daisy Boo Pamela, Petal Blossom Rainbow, and Buddy Bear Maurice.
