Whiskey Lullaby is the first track from Janet’s latest album, Running With Scissors, which Janet explains takes its name from a ‘dangerous’ decision in the recording studio.
Indeed, after the initial recording of the album, Janet reveals that she ‘hated it’ and asked her production team to re-record an entirely new body of work.
If her live performance of Whiskey Lullaby is anything to go by, the gamble has well and truly paid off, with Janet’s sound proving as stunning as ever.
