As anybody who has ever planned a wedding will attest, it can be an incredibly stressful and overwhelming experience.

So we can only imagine how much more stressful is it to plan a wedding without anyone finding out - something which Hollywood stars, Jennifer Aniston  and Justin Theroux had to do recently.

Plagued by wedding rumours for the vast majority of their relationship, the smitten couple tried to head paparazzi off at the pass by planning a top secret ceremony which wouldn't be splashed across magazines and newspapers.

While undoubtedly no mean feat, Justin and Jennifer managed to pull it off with aplomb, but according to Justin it came at a price.

The excitement a couple feel at planning their special day was somewhat tainted by the clandestine nature of their preperaation process, with Justin revealing: "I wouldn’t say it was fun to plan."

Acknowledging the less-than-typical approach they had to their nuptials, Justin continued: "Part of the fun of planning a wedding is telling people, and we had to keep it under wraps."

Speaking to the New York Daily News, the 44-year-old actor admitting coming clean did wonders for his stress levels.

"It was like your blood pressure goes down two PSI. I noticed it almost immediately," he revealed.

Basking in the honeymoon period of his relationship, a smitten Justin couldn't speak highly enough of his marriage to former Friends star, Jen, gushing "It’s a beautiful thing."

Jennifer and Justin, who met on the set of movie Wanderlust, got engaged in 2012 before eventually tying the knot on their Bel Air estate on August 5th this year.
