They endured a difficult journey to get to where they are now, so it seems only fitting that Kanye West would pay tribute to his unborn son for wife Kim Kardashian’s birthday yesterday.
The rapper threw a surprise party to mark Kim’s 35th birthday this week, with family and friends attending a private movie viewing with a ‘pregnant Kim’ theme.
Taking to Instagram to gush over a job well done by Kanye, Kim shared a photo of a stunning cake bearing a sign which read ‘Happy Pregnant Birthday Kim’, against a wall of beautiful flowers.
“My husband never ceases [to] amaze me! He rented out the entire movie theatre to screen the new Steve Jobs [movie]…and had all of my family & close friends come dressed up as their best pregnant Kim look (fake baby bumps provided on arrival!) Not sure if that was to make me feel less huge or just a fun cool theme but I loved it & had the best time ever,” wrote the mother-of-one.
She went on to add that “feeling so very comfortable, eating Churros with a bunch of pregnant women” was exactly what she needed at this time.
Well done to Kanye, he certainly knows how to treat his lady!
