I have two demanding teens in my house - who are extremely fussy when it comes to their cereals and needless to say porridge is a big 'no-no' and own brands just don't cut it either. Anything that slightly resembles as being 'healthy' is also unacceptable but being the classic worrying mum that I am - I resist buying sugar filled cereals - they just don't give them a good start to the day. Am I the only one who has this delima?

All that said, I have always been a Kellogs fan, I just feel they have something over other brands. In general even the 'sweeter' cereals seem like they are healthier. They seem to put allot of emphasis on the fact that they are fortified with vitamins and nutrients, which gives you allot of confidence in them.

The Kellogg's Honey Pops and Honey Loops were hugely popular in our household. My unruley teens
loved the taste and felt they had finally beaten me in this battle - which I haven't informed them otherwise. The Kellogg's Honey Pops and Honey Loops taste sweet enough to taste like a 'breakfast treat' but are also packed full with nutritious grains, vitamins and iron which are all vital for mental development, for energy and for mum's peace of mind.

I am so happy with both of these Kelloggs cereals and will definitely be buying them for the foreseeable future to ensure my teens get a good start to the day - and for peace in the mornings. Thanks for letting us take part in this trial - big smiles all round, :-)

The kids were absolutley delighted to get the delivery of Kellogg's cereals ... so excited we had to try them then and there.
I always buy cereals, and there's always loads to choose from - cereal is a great 'go to' snack in our house, and the kids know it's their snack during the week (as well as their breakfast of course).
I typically buy Branflakes and Special K for me and Mr Dad, and the kids ones range from Mini Max, Rice Krispies, Coco Pops and Cornflakes. Anything goes really.
We don't buy own brand. It's just not a nice, so I'm not surprised that Kellogg's don't make for anybody else.
Breakfast is a really important meal in our house, and the one meal that everyone sits down for at the one time. It's important that the cereals we use are fortified with vitamins and minerals, which Kellogg's are, and they also form an important part of our grain based diets.
The kids definitely preferred the Loops, and I did too for that matter. That's not to say the Pops weren't eaten or enjoyed, they were.
Thanks so much for allowing us to take part in this trial - we now have a new cereal to add to our selection.
Thanks MummyPages and Kelloggs.

Hi everyone, many thanks to both Mummy Pages and Kellogg's for the opportunity to take part in this trial. It was fantastic as both cereals are. The box is very eye catching and was an instant hit with both of my sons, aged 7 and 2. The Honey Loops were the preferred option for my 7 year old, he found them to be very tasty and also liked the crunchy texture. He is not a massive fan of sweetness and found these to be "just right" , not too sweet, just the right amount and I can tell you coming from a fussy eater this is a great compliment to this cereal. My 2 year old seemed more comfortable with the Honey Pops as they have a melt in the mouth texture but he loved them both, Honey Pops for breakfast and I found that he enjoyed the Honey Loops as a snack throughout the day which I was over the moon about. Personally I found them both to be delicious and a great start to the day. I have to agree with my son when he says the balance of sweetness is just right! All credit to Kellogg's for producing yet another family favourite and I can guarantee that both of these cereals will be a regular at our breakfast table.

I was delighted to be chosen as part of the Kellogg's Honey Loops and Kellogg's Honey Pops trial.
I have 2 teenagers and a 4year old at home, so we vary our breakfasts especially over the holidays as the kids don't get up and rush out to school... We buy a selection of cereals and porridges so that breakfast isn't predictable and the kids eat it. In the Kellogg's range, we have bought Rice Krispies, Frosties, Cornflakes and All Bran and the children enjoy them and I'm happy that they have started their day on a healthy note...
It is important that the kids start their day with a good breakfast and fibre especially my since teenage son does not enjoy wholewheat or brown bread.
The children enjoyed both the Honey Pops and Loops but prefer the Honey Loops as it seems to have more of a honey taste than the Honey Pops. However it won't be something they would start a school day with as they felt it wasn't filling and they needed to eat something else a little later that morning. So should the Honey Loops become part of our shopping it will definitely be something for the weekend...
Kellogg's has been around for as long as I can remember and I do enjoy the Rice Krispies and Cornflakes from time-to-time, so yes Kellogg's is definitely part of our shopping list and will continue to be so...

My four children were very excited to be part of this trial and took it very seriously! I have a 12 yr old who enjoyed both cereals although still prefers her fruit and fibre. My 5 and 8 yr olds loved both equally so much so that they had a bowl for supper as well. I have a baby of 18 months old who likes to feed himself, so i added a little warm milk to soften them, he loved them also eatting the whole bowl.
I didn't try them myself as I don't eat cereal they did smell very sweet although looking at the sugar content it wasn't as high as i expected although it was higher than a bowl of own branded frosted flakes (which suprised me!)
I buy a mixture of own brand cereals and some kelloggs and the reason is price. Having 4 children we go through a lot of cereal in a week. I do buy kelloggs fruit and fibre, crunchy nut (husband) and the kids love the shape cereal and all the coco pops range. I did know that kelloggs didn't make cereal for anyone else and I do see them as a high quality breakfast option but due to the price I normally only buy them when they are on offer or as a special treat (other than fruit and fibre which I buy weekly).
It is very important to me to give my family a high fibre breakfast to help start a healthy day and I love the fact that these cereals are fortified with vitamins and mineral as every little bit helps! A healthy breakfast to me means high fibre low sugar, something that is going to keep them full til lunch.
I was very happy over all with our trial and I would buy them again, hopefully on an offer especially as they go so quickly in our family.. Thank you very much for letting us take part. I will be recommending them both to friends and family.

I always buy Kelloggs cereal, usually Corn Flakes, Sultana Bran or Rice Krispies although have never bought Kelloggs Honey Pops or Honey Loops. With 2 adults and one child to test the cereals.we first tried the Honey Pops although i did not like them my little boy and other half loved them, i personally found them just a little too sweet.we then tried the Honey Loops and we all loved them.they were delicous and i will be purchasing Kelloggs Honey Loops in my weekly shopping.kelloggs i am aware dont make cereal for anyone else and there is no comparison to Kelloggs cereal and other branded cereal, as no other cereal can compare to the flavour.Kelloggs im glad to hear are full of vitamins and iron which are essential for kids ad adults alike. I will be recommending Kelloggs Honey Loops and Kelloggs Honey Pops to all other mums.

Well received the Honey Loops and Honey Pops early last week and as a family we have had several tastings and discussions on what we thought. To be honest there is a divison in the camp. The Loops were my sons favourite whereas the Pops were my favourite. The taste of both were nice and you could clearly distinguish the sweet honey taste on both products. Then my Husband joined in and agreed that his preference was the pops. He thought they were not as sweet. My Daughter who is only two adores the Honeys Loops add on tv so she adored both.
Overall both products were very tasty. All the family thoroughly enjoyed. The products are something I will definitely purchase. My sons intake of Milk increased considerably thanks to his love of the loops. I was delighted to be chosen for this trial and can honestly say thanks to being chosen the Honey Loops and pops will now be included on a regular basis in my shopping basket.

Thank you for selecting us to trial these Kelloggs products Honey Pops and Honey Loops. My daughter (9) is always excited when something arrives in the post, so she was delighted to open this box. The packaging is very appealing to young kids and would certainly help her point it out in the shop over other ceral boxes.

Breakfast is a really important meal in our house and one that I fret over because my little girl gets on the school bus at 7.10am and it is often difficult to get her to eat before she leaves. We are a Kelloggs family anyway and Rice Krispies is the current favourite. I feel that it is a brand name that can be trusted and that my kids get some of the vitamins they need from their cereal.

Both cereals went down well, both with and without cold milk! There was a lovely mild sweetness from the honey on the Honey Pops and these quickly became the favourite. The honey on the loops was slightly more intense and although she liked these, they did not get demolished at the same rate. I expected them both to go soggy quickly which did not happen, and this is a great bonus as she can be so slow over breakfast sometimes. I would definately buy the Honey Pops again and would have no problem recommending both products to my friends and family as a healthy, filling breakfast cereal. Thanks again to Kelloggs for getting it right.

I was delighted to be chosen to be part of this trail as my little man loves his cereal, I always buy Kellogg's I think it's one of the healthier options out there I usually purchase rice crispies, coco pops coco rocks, Special K too, I like cereal that is high in fiber as its good for you and good for my little mans bowels lol, I like my cereals to be low in sugar and in fats which I'm confident that Kellogg's are . I like Kellogg's as I know that they are full of minerals and vitamins and are a great start to the day for my busy little man in crèche, I like they fact the cereal was geared towards children but everyone could try them, lol my hubby liked them but my son preferred the honey pops but I think that's because of your cute advert too, they had a crunchy consistence when they were wet they reminded me of porridge but a sweet kind, all I can say is they didn't last to long in our house hold lol.kelloggs to me will always be a house hold name well known for breakfast as I gre up with Kellogg's and hopefully it's a tradition I will carry on :-)

I have purchased Kellogg's cereals before signing up for this trial, but not the honey once. I ve bought Rice Krispies, and Coco Pops, and of course Krave which was and are my favorite.
I was never curious before what actually is kind of brand, i just new they make cereals which my kids like, but in during and after i received that products i went to Kellogg s website and i was reading about it a little bit more, so i found out that they dont make cereal for anyone else.
My kids are 18 and 2 years old and they both need (for other reasons) good, quality food so nice, healthy breakfast, with high fibre cereal is very important for my as mother. i have to make sure my children get what they need, such as vitamins and microelements, but also important is to give them something tasty, and i think Kelloggs Honey Loops and Pops are great for both of those requirements.
I am reading about healthy food all the time so i now how grain based foods are significant for whole my family (even my husband eats cereals, but as snack, without milk at all). My son has leaving cert soon, and he hates makes breakfast for himself, so cereals are easy choice for him- so easy to make them haha- and good start for the day.
In summary Kelloggs Honey are great as snack, and breakfast. They good with and without milk, hot and cold, and whole my family like them, but especially my little one, daughter Diana. For me they also nice, but in point of view honey taste is not strong enough.

Firstly thank you for letting me and my 3 year old take part in this taster. Myself and my son are not really big cereal eaters and i have tried him with everything. When the packs arrived we opened the Honey Pops first my son had a bowl dry and i had some also they were really nice. I am currently pregnant at the moment and I do not like milk but i know i need to be taking some each day so the cereal gave the milk a nice taste and i was able to have a bowl each morning. The Honey loops where also very tasty my partner really loves them and we will definitely be buying more again. Myself and my son definitely favour the Honey Pops.
