Princess Charlotte started her first day of nursery school today, and to mark the occasion, Kensington Palace shared two very adorable photos of the little girl.
Dressed in a sweet red coat and matching red shoes, Charlotte, who will turn three in May, looked very excited to be starting at Willcocks Nursery School.
The photos were taken by the Duchess of Cambridge who was no doubt very proud of her little girl.

The images were taken by The Duchess shortly before Princess Charlotte left for her first day of nursery at the Willcocks Nursery School.

Kate and William, who are expecting their third child in April, have decided to enrol their youngest child in the £14,500-a-year school because they were "impressed by the team that work there".
The nursery which is run by headmistress Lavinia Taylor is just a ten-minute car journey from Kensington Palace.
