Micro Gardens Saturday Workshop

Join The Ark Gardeners in the Garden Party. Professional artists Liz Smith, Orla Kelly and Gina Faustino will lead you in a forty minute workshop where you will make and plant your own piece of art. Your artwork will be inspired by nature and all the colourful creatures, plants and animals found in everyday gardens, lush countryside and wild rainforests. Each week, one of The Ark Gardeners will show you how to make fruit, birds, creepy crawlies and even printed, felted or animal flowers! Watch how this indoor garden grows over the coming weeks as more pieces of garden art are added by children everyday! The Garden Party workshops take place all summer long in The Ark's theatre from Thursdays to Saturdays at 10.30am, 11.30am, 2pm and 3pm and on Sundays at 2pm and 3pm.
