At the surf school, they offer professional surfing instruction for people of all ages and abilities. No experience necessary and all equipment is provided. Aloha Surf School's teaching method relies on a thorough knowledge of the ocean and marine environment to help you become an accomplished surfer, comfortable in the ocean, with or without a board. You will be taught beginner, intermediate or advanced surfing techniques along with ocean safety skills including surf rescue and first aid. You will learn how to read the ocean with a trained eye, handle rip currents, as well as how to time waves and the judgment skills needed to catch waves safely. The surf school caters for all levels, from complete beginners to surfers in need of a refresher course and the more advanced wishing to challenge themselves further. The Surf Centre provides a one stop location with facilities including a Surf School, Surf Hire, Changing Rooms, Showers and Chill Out area all overlooking the ocean.
