The 35-year-old reality star has made no secret of the hurt she felt at comments made while carrying baby daughter, North, but it appears the star's feelings were the last thing on one Twitter user's mind when they took to the popular social media platform to deride the star's appearance yesterday.
Commenting on the latest Keeping Up With the Kardashians episode, the soon-to-be mum-of-two acknowledged her prodigious appetite, tweeting: "Of course I had to fly to Paris for fashion and foooood!!!" (sic)
Replying to Kim's tweet, one Twitter user poured scorn on the expectant television personality, writing: "All you think about is food, fat b*tch."
Refusing to defend herself against the cruel taunt, Kim delighted her millions of followers by agreeing with the sentiment, replying with a simple "Yup!" in a move which has grabbed the headlines today.
North's mum has been inundated with messages of support since the needlessly cruel taunt, with one fan of the star writing: "I love your attitude toward the haters! Don't let them get to you! So not worth it!"
