And tongues were wagging yesterday as the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star met with her former partner in Beverly Hills, for the first time since news of their split emerged.
The pair, who were together for nine years and have three children together, were spotted taking lunch together with five-year-old son Mason and three-year-old daughter Penelope.
Commenting on the meeting, an insider told People: “Kourtney and Scott acted cordial. They were mostly focused on the kids. Scott looked very happy to see the kids.”
The insider further claimed that, in light of his recent very public downward spiral, Scott has agreed to have a chaperone present when he spends time with his daughter and two sons.
Another source added: “Scott and Kourtney chatted and seemed okay. Kourtney seems to be making an effort so Scott can spend time with the kids. He’s coming back down to earth and trying to figure out his next step.”
News of the couple’s split came after Scott was pictured in a compromising position with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli, in Monaco.
