The new dad welcomed baby Parker into the world just three weeks ago and it appears he’s already getting backlash on social media.
The father didn’t mention the negative comments' content, choosing to focus on the positive instead.
He shared a photo of him and his partner Becky laughing while on a walk with their little one.
“When people try telling you how to look after your baby,” he captioned the pic.
“We are first time parents doing our best and in my opinion we are doing a smashing job.
The Towie star went on to encourage all new parents and offer his support.
“Let’s all support each other, parenthood is hard enough as it is.”
The post has already received almost 68,000 likes as parents have stood by Mario’s statement.
One mum told him: “Let me tell you, with three children you never stop learning.
“Each stage is different. As long as your baby is happy, fed, clean and tidy you’re doing a great job. Don’t listen to the haters.”
A fellow dad chimed in too saying, “Spot on, mate. It’s hard enough as it is! Good on you.”
