Masterchef's John Torode and his girlfriend Lisa Faulkner are engaged.
The 53-year-old chef announced the happy news on Instagram, with a photo of Lisa smiling by a pool.
He captioned the snap, ''And she said YES!! Bloody love my Lisa...Have put a ring on it'' followed by a ring and couple emojis.
The couple met when the former Holby City and EastEnders actor won Celebrity MasterChef nine years ago.
Lisa also posted a beautiful picture of them smiling together, with her engagement ring in full view.
She revealed that John had gotten down on one knee on Christmas Day.
The 46-year-old captioned it, ''My gorgeous John completely surprised me on Christmas Day and asked me to marry him! After waiting to tell our family when we got home we then had a few days just grinning at each other!! Im so very happy to share our lovely news with you. Happy 2019 it’s going to be quite a year and I’m going to embrace every minute of it. All you need is love. Love is all you need.''

Australian-born John separated at the end of 2011 from his second wife of four years, Jessica.
They have a son Jonah and a daughter Lulu. He also has Marselle and Casper from a previous relationship.
Lisa divorced her husband Chris Coghill in 2012, who she has an adopted daughter with, Billie.
