#MUMTRUTHS: Latest podcast episode will help you create a happier life

In this latest episode of our #mumtruths podcast series, Laura meets Erica Hargaden, a Certified Child Sleep Consultant who offers parents tailored support to their children's sleep problems through her consultancy - Babogue Sleep Solutions.

In this episode, Laura and Erica discuss the main sleep issues that arise with infants and the mistakes parents often make in their desperation to get their child to sleep. Drawing on Erica's extensive experience working with families to resolve children's sleep issues, Laura discovers the importance of developing healthy sleep behaviours for the well-being of the whole family.

As a mum-of-three, Erica also has her own personal experience with sleep deprivation and understands what is involved with getting on top of issues within a family. Erica likes to ensure that parents not only get closer to achieving their family sleep goals but to also develop a greater understanding of their child's sleep and how to manage it going forward.

For all those moments of joy, modern parenthood comes with more pressures than ever before. Talking about our personal journeys and sharing these #mumtruths is our way to help you find your path and our new podcast series aims to do just that.
