My little pumpkin: Joe Wicks posts adorable photo of baby daughter

Joe Wicks aka The Body Coach is clearly in the throes of new parenthood bliss.

The 32-year-old has become a dad for the first time after his girlfriend Rosie Jones gave birth to their daughter Indie three months ago.

The fitness coach took to Instagram to post a gorgeous picture of his little tot, who was all bundled up in a pumpkin costume.

He captioned the picture, "really missing my little pumpkin after 3 days away. Flying home tomorrow to see her. Rosie took her trick or treating for the first time in Venice. We get to eat all the candy. #Win."

His 2.3 million fans seemed to love the snap as much as us with one writing, "that’s the most adorable pumpkin I’ve ever seen. Meanwhile I want those tights!"

Another said, "look at the long legs. She's a beauty!"

Turns out Indie loves Bob Marley as much as I do

Joe has opened up about becoming a father and how much he is enjoying it.

He said, "I really, really love everything about it. She's the cutest thing in the world."

When it comes to trying to keep healthy, Joe has some advice for new parents - set a good example.

He says, "Indie stares at me while I'm cooking. That's the part of the day where me and Rosie will talk and cook and clean up together. She even comes to the gym with me when I train - I love it, I'm setting an example to her from a young age. I definitely didn't have a good diet [as a kid]."

We think she is the sweetest looking baby ever, don't you?
