NIVEA Firming Body Oil Q10 Plus product trial feedback

Have been using the Nivea firming body oil Q10 plus for 2 weeks now, so here is my feedback.
I began this trial as a person not a fan of body oils and this product has not changed my mind. I found it very greasy on my skin and it took a long time to sink into my skin.
That said, if you can get past that, then i found this oil to have lots of positives.
From day 1 my skin felt soft. After 2 weeks I can definitely see a marked improvement in the condition of my skin. It is smoother and my dry skin is gone. I have had 4 children so suffer from the dreaded strech marks. While I do not claim that they have disappeared, I do feel that they have faded and the skin feels a little tighter.
As stated before I am not a fan of oils so was not prepared to spend money on other leading brands, however the cost of this oil is value for money considering the benefits I feel my skin has experienced.
I would recommend this product, the bottle is a nice size and it goes a long way, I still have some left after 2 weeks. However I will probably only use it at night as it was a problem getting dressed when my skin was still a little greasy.
Overall I found this a reasonable priced product that I would buy to tackle my problem areas of dry, rough skin and to reduce visable signs of strech marks.

Firstly i would like to say thank you for picking me to try out the product,

To my amazment i wasn't awear of the the key ingredients that was Avocado and Ccoenzyme Q10. There was a big improvment on my skin and strech-marks hey feel alot smoother and fimer, i loved the product altogether and will contuine to use it, i spent a fortune on boi oil through-out my pregnance and afterwards and never noticed a difference.. I will say that it made me itchy for the first few days, but contuined to use it. I used it everywere neck, face chest, stomach, bum, hips and even little dry patches i have (or should i say had) on my kness. I've always used the Nivea products the night cream is my favorite and there rang of Shower creams.

Over-all was really happy with the body oil and will contuine to use it.

I havent got stretchmarks but had 2 pregnancies in a year so skin is a bit saggy around my tummy area. I used it mainly on my tummy and thighs. My skin was softer after using the product and it has helped tighten up the skin it smells so nice. I found it took a long time to soak in however and worked best after a bath or shower where it soaked in quicker.

I wasn't aware of the benefits of avoocado and co enzyme. I have used Q10 Nightcream and found this good for firming skin and wrinkles. I haven't seen this product in my local supermarket but will be looking out for it. The size is handy and think its good value for money

I was delighted to try out Nivea firming body oil!

I was really impressed with the oil and i was raging i hadnt found it a few months ago while still pregnant!

I was delighted it came in a big bottle which was easy to use. Pregnancy hasnt been kind to my skin and found i was one big flake after stopping taking my pregnancy supplements. This body oil worked really well for me. It soaked in really quickly and i just loved the smell of it.

Im really impressed with the price too much more reasonable than the well known oil i was using throughout pregnancy.

I havent used many nivea products before now but will certainly be checking out other Q10 plus products after trying the oil out. Since receiving the oil ive noticed it in the shops.

I managed to escape stretchmarks but found my skin in much better condition after using the oil.

Thanks for including me in the trial i really enjoyed this product and it will be a staple in my bathroom from now on.

My first reaction when using the oil was how nicely it absorbed into your skin and the scent was very subtle. I have used other oils and have found them quite greasy. I did put a bit more effort in to massaging the oil in because of the claims the product made. My legs are very dry, I have bad veins at the bottom of my shins, a doctor once suggested using my best face cream on them to moisterise and improve circulation. The Nivea seemed to improve the dryness. I have very fine stretchmarks all over my tummy from very big pregnancies. To be honest I'd say only surgery would make a dramatic improvement. I think if you look at the wording on the packet it says it can be used to 'massage stretch marks' so really its a little deceptive, no? it's not possible to heal the damaged skin. At the same time the poor ole stretch marks could do with a little attention, hated as they are. I wasn't aware of the topical benefits of avocado, certainly in your diet avocados are fantastic. I have used the Nivea anti cellulite gel, which I did find great, massage of any kind must play a significant part in circulation and skin tone. I thought the packaging was fine. I still have about half the bottle left. It was handy to use, you do tend to get the oil rings on surfaces after use . The price is very reasonable. I haven't seen the product yet in stores, but I will keep a look out. I think I will use this product again above the other similiar oils on the market. My skin definately benefited from using the oil regularly.
Thanks Mummy Pages and Nivea, I'm quite busy day to day and tend to neglect skincare routine below the neck. This trial has kickstarted a neccessary routine again ; )

I found this product absolutely brilliant. The consistency was light. It wasn't too thick and I found it moisturised my skin very well. I have quite wobbly inner thighs and I found that the product firmed them up considerably. It's not a miracle cure but all in all I found my skin to be tighter and considerably more moisturised than normal. You can use straight after the shower, which I found handy or on dry skin too. I also found that my stretch marks looked alot less noticeable aswell. I will definately be still using this product after the trial and would recommend to other mums. Thanks Nivea and Mummy pages.

I love this stuff. Especially as to me it seems much the same as the Mama Mio body oil which is lovely but costs.
I was also using bio oil for years now and find the scent of nivea q10 oil nicer and way cheaper. Highly recommended to all! Exercise + Nivea Firming Body oil Q10 plus = Firmer body.

Thanks for choosing me for the Nivea firming body oil Q10 plus trial. After using it for 2 weeks I am happy with the results. I used it once a day most days but after the trial I am defiantly going to make an effort to use it twice a day everyday! I used it mainly on my stomach and hips.

It makes your skin feel nice and soft and dries in very quickly and leaves no marks on your clothes. There is an improvment from before I started the trial but I wasn't using any other moisturiser before.
Have a lot of strech marks after 2 pregnancies. They aren't as red as they used to be which is great!
I wasn't aware of the benefits of avocado oil or Coenzyme Q10.
I use Nivea cleanser and toner everyday for the last 15 years and love it.
I liked the bottle size.....but it does leave a ring of oil on the dresser so you might want to put tissue underneath. Not sure if theres any need for the box.
I will diffinitely be buying it again and its a great price. I haven't seen it yet in the supermarkets but will be keeping my eye out for it.

i found the product quite oily. my skin would be dry nomally but even a small amount of the body oil didnt absorb great into my skin. i thankfully dont have any stretch marks so i cant comment on how did effect them. i have used a nivea body lotion before and found that to be very good. i though the packaging was very good. i found that my skin was irritable after using it in places where the oil would just lie. the smell of the oil is lovely. after using the full bottle i can honestly say that i didnt see any improvement on my skin. thanks for picking me to be part of the trial.

I've been using the Nivea Firming Oil for the past couple of weeks and have been really happy with the results.

I'm post pregnancy so I used it on my tummy, which isn't back to what it was (will it ever?). I also used it on other parts of my body - I have dry elbows for some reason, knees and ankles too. I figured I'd get started early on my prep for fake tan as I have two weddings this summer. It went on really easily - no rubbing back and forth. Like all creams/oils I found it took a few minutes to dry in but I allowed for that in my routine. Within 48 hours my skin felt softer.

I have only a few stretch marks on my tummy and I have noticed that they have faded after a few weeks of use - they are definitely paler which I'm delighted with as I had used loads of other products but to no avail. The other areas of my bodies are no longer dry either - my elbows are completely smooth. I didn't know anything about Avocado before this trial other than I like the taste of it!

I use some other Nivea products (like suncreams) and would defintely like to try the new facecream from the same range which I saw on your facebook page.

I liked the bottle size and found once I got used to including it in my 'beauty' routine, I just used it, closed it back up and put it away. No biggie on that front. I'd like a travel size bottle to go with it for when I go away though. It would be great if that was something the manufacturers gave you when you buy the main bottle - just as standard.

I saw it in the supermarket and think it was under €10 which is very cheap when I consider how much I spent on other products for my tummy.

I will definitely continue to use it because I think it is a good product.

Thanks MummyPages for letting me test out this product – I was really happy with the results!

I had my baby a few months ago so have a few stretch marks on my tummy (gutted I didn’t find out about this product before I had my baby – I think it would have gone a long way to keeping the stretch marks away!). If I’m being honest I was a little sceptical about the product as everything else I’ve tried for stretch marks hasn’t worked...so I was shocked when this product actually did the job! My stretch marks haven’t disappeared (but in fairness I think only a plastic surgeon could perform that miracle) however they have faded significantly. I tried it on my thighs as well however those stretch marks have been there since my teens so the oil didn’t have much of an effect. What is did do though was firm the skin on my thighs which I was delighted with. My skin feels a lot smoother and even my husband noticed that my skin seemed firmer.

I was very happy with the way the oil went on. It took a few minutes to absorb but that’s always the case with oils. It felt great on my skin and you only have to use a little bit at a time so the bottle lasts for ages.

The packaging was lovely and the size of the bottle is perfect – I’ve been using it every day for three weeks and there is still plenty left. I was also really happy with the smell – far nicer than Bio Oil!

I was surprised to find out its only 10euro – I would have happily paid more for such a good product! I will definitely be purchasing this again.

I have been using NIVEA Firming Body Oil Q10 for three weeks and was really happy with the results.

I actually really like using oils on my skin – I know a lot of people find them greasy but I find them very soothing on the skin and they always give my skin a healthy glow. This product was lovely to use and only took a few minutes to absorb.

From the first day I used the product I noticed a difference in my skin. It felt much softer. After three weeks of using the product there was definitely an improvement in my skin. It is much smoother and any dry patches I had have disappeared. I have three kids (one only a few months ago) so have my fair share of stretch marks. They haven’t disappeared (not that I was expecting them to) but they have faded and my skin feels a lot tighter.

The price of the oil is certainly value for money and would encourage me to buy this product instead of other oils. Usually the cheaper the product, the less effective it is but that is not the case here.

The bottle is a nice size and it lasts for ages, I still have some felt after three weeks. I also really liked the packaging.

I will definitely be buying more of this product once the bottle is finished.
