About
Welcome to Shirley Roe Nutrition. Shirley believes we all have the ability to live long healthy lives, full of energy and vitality. Her approach centres on the basic principles that good quality food contributes to good health and wellbeing. Shirley is a fully qualified nutritional therapist, she graduated from IHS in Dublin and is ITEC accredited.
Shirley aims to inspire, empower and motivate people to improve their health through nutrition, using evidence-based knowledge.
She works with each person as an individual. Through 1:1 consultations she uses in- depth analysis to determine the causes of specific health issues. She works with the client to customise the most practical, effective and sustainable dietary programme.
Shirley has been a member of the Nutritional therapists of Ireland since 2007. She is also a committee member for NTOI. Members must be fully insured and follow a strict code of ethics and practice, they must fulfill requirements for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) which keeps practitioners up to date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition.
