From this provider / About this provider: The Family Support Agency is a Government Agency operating under the aegis of the Department of Social & Family Affairs. Established in 2003 the Agency has over 50 staff and a Chief Executive Officer, Mr Pat Bennett. The Agency is overseen by a Board appointed by the Minister for Social & Family Affairs. The Family Support Agency was set up to provide support to families. The Agency's second Strategic Plan, covering 2007 to 2009, is grounded in a firm belief in the fundamental importance of families and family life for individuals, communities and society generally.
