Trying to keep up with work, friends and family life can make us feel a little bogged down and like we don't really have time for ourselves at the moment.

But, one thing that has helped us is switching off for a couple of hours and watching a movie with all of our favourite snacks. Sometimes we're just not in the mood to watch anything too serious or heavy, which is why romantic comedies will always be our go-to.
