Callanetics Evolution

I was introduced to Callanetics exercise over 13 years ago, from a book given to me by my sister. In a few short weeks, I realized the fantastic benefits of the method, and over the years has practiced independently using videos and books. I love the way it focuses on proper alignment and use of pelvic floor, especially important for women. In 2009, I began to develop advanced training skills whilst living in Switzerland under the tutelage of a Callanetics International Master Teacher. Subsequently, 2010 brought a move to my native Ireland where I am the only Certified Callanetics Teacher in West Galway (at time of print) and one of only three in Ireland. I am delighted to have taken the decision to become an instructor and to be in a position to teach and guide students into the best and safest fitness program around.
