Police Officers Ryan Sidders and Alex Oklander from Ohio were on patrol recently, when they saw what they thought was a broken down car.

However, when they pulled up beside the car, they saw Tamika Pruitte in distress - her two-month-old daughter, Tyra, was choking on her milk.

Quickly pulling the child from her car seat, Alex confidently patted her on the back to clear her airways.

Thankfully, Tyra started breathing again.

Posting footage from the bodycams, Shaker Heights Police Department wrote: "Officer Oklander never expected that stopping to help a disabled motorist would require a life-saving effort. Way to go, officers!"

According to Good News Network, Tyra, who was a preemie, has a birth defect that makes her throw up her milk.
