About
At Mum and Baby Sanctuary we offer Pre and Postnatal Yoga, Baby Yoga & Infant Massage Classes.
Classes are held on Tue evenings in Ballyowen Community Centre, Lucan and on Wednesdays in Colaiste Pobail Setanta Community Centre Ongar Clonee in Dublin 15.
Pre & Postnatal Yoga Classes cost €40 for 4 classes while Baby Yoga & Infant Massage Classes cost €80 for 4 week course.
We also provide Active Birth & Breastfeeding Workshops in Castleknock Hotel & Country Club Dublin 15. Postnatal Breastfeeding support and home visits also available.
