There are only a few weeks to go until the wedding of the year. More and more details have been revealed as we get closer to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s big day.

We know what the invites look like, we’ve heard rumours about the tiara Meghan might wear and we know Prince William may be walking the Suits star down the aisle.

And now we even know what type of flowers the lovebirds have chosen for their special day.

Kensington Palace confirmed the news in a series of tweets this morning.

They shared, “Prince Harry and Ms. Meghan Markle have chosen floral designer Philippa Craddock to create the church flowers for their wedding.”

“The floral displays in St George's Chapel will be created using locally sourced foliage, much of which will be taken from the gardens and parkland of The Crown Estate and @WindsorGtPark,” they added.

Philippa will use flowers and plants that naturally bloom during May, including white garden roses, peonies, and foxgloves.

The florist said that the designs will reflect the wild and natural landscapes from which many of the plants will be drawn.

She added that the designs will represent both Prince Harry and Meghan.

Speaking of her role in the Royal Wedding, Ms. Craddock shared, “I am excited and honoured to have been chosen by Prince Harry and Ms. Meghan Markle to design and create their wedding flowers. Working with them has been an absolute pleasure.”

She said working with the couple has been highly collaborative, free-flowing, creative and fun.

Prince Harry and Meghan will donate the flowers to numerous charities after their wedding.

We cannot wait to see Meghan’s bouquet, with peonies and white roses, it’s safe to say it will be simply stunning.
