Prince Harry has always been the one most like his late mother Princess Diana, especially when it comes to his charity work.

And ever since she passed away back in 1997, the 31-year-old admits that he thinks about his mum every day, and hopes that she is proud of him.

“I hope she’s looking down with tears in her eyes, being incredibly proud of what we’ve established,” he told Good Morning America.

Harry was just 12-years-old when Princes Diana was killed in a car crash, and while talking to reporter Robin Roberts, he opened up about how losing his mum when he was so young shaped his life “massively”.

"I think losing your mother at such a young age does end up shaping your life massively. Of course, it does, and now I find myself trying to be there and give advice to other people who are in similar positions."

Admitting that he is the “fun uncle”, he says he can’t wait to have his own children and believes it’s something his mum would love to see.

"I'm sure she's longing for me to have kids so she can be a grandmother again. But I hope, once again, everything that we do privately and officially that it makes her proud," he told Robin.

“I've got a kid inside of me. I want to keep that. I adore kids. I enjoy everything they bring to the party. They just say what they think."
