Prince William welcomes younger brother Harry to the sleep deprivation society

As a dad-of-three Prince William certainly knows a lot about parenthood so there’s no doubt he will be there to support and advise his younger brother and new dad Prince Harry.

Harry welcomed his first child with wife Meghan Markle in the early hours of yesterday morning and William is simply overjoyed for Harry and his sister-in-law.

William said he was “absolutely thrilled” about the birth of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s son.

He also revealed that he was “looking forward to seeing them in the next few days when things have quietened down.”

William joked: “I'm very pleased and glad to welcome my own brother into the sleep deprivation society that is parenting."

According to Emily Nash, the Duchess of Cambridge added: "We're looking forward to meeting him and finding out what his name's going to be, so it's really exciting for both of them and we wish them all the best."

Following the birth of Harry and Meghan’s son, the Cambridges issued a statement.

Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall also expressed their joy following the birth of their grandson.

The Prince of Wales has yet to meet his fourth grandchild but said they will visit as soon as they arrive back in England after a visit to Berlin.

“We couldn’t be more delighted at the news and we’re looking forward to meeting the baby when we return,” the proud grandfather said.
