I’m Harriet Sheahan, registered nurse, Midwife and Lactation Consultant and most importantly a mother of two wonderful children.

I am passionate about babies and education. Combining the two has led me to providing the help that new parents need through my antenatal classes, breastfeeding support and BabyCalm and ToddlerCalm workshops.

I can help you prepare for the birth of your baby with my online antenatal classes, allowing the time and space to answer all your questions and concerns.

I also offer a breastfeeding preparation class for first time mums-to-be as well as for mums who may have had breastfeeding difficulties in the past or who may have other concerns. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant I am also available to visit you at home to support you through your breastfeeding journey.

To help you understand your baby or toddler’s needs, I offer 4 hour workshops exploring different approaches to parenting to achieve a calm family relationship for all.

Qualifications – RN, RM, IBCLC
