Having recently welcomed her second child into the world, now Teen Mom star Maci Bookout is sharing some sage advice about motherhood.
The mother-of-two, who welcomed baby Jayde last month with her longterm partner, took to her social media channels this week to send a message to all those planning on starting a family.
Revealing that it had taken an effort to even be able to brush her hair and put on makeup ahead of eldest child Bentley’s baseball game, she said that the struggles of being a first-time mother came back to her.
“I’ve realised that parenthood is hard work at any age, and that’s why it’s so important to wait until you’re really ready to start a family,” she wrote, adding, “I can’t help thinking how much more prepared I feel this time around.”
The reality star’s fans praised her ‘maturity’ in posting her candid thoughts to the micro-blogging site.
