Lorraine trained at Leith's School of Food and Wine and went on to get her four-year degree in International Culinary Arts where she gained a first-class honours. She has worked in some of the world's most renowned kitchens and has her own busines, The Cupcake Bakehouse, in London's Covent Garden.
