Founded by Eimear Grace - specialist in complementary pregnancy care in Co. Wexford and the South East. Her philosophy and approach to pregnancy makes her treatments unique and incredibly valuable to parents during this exciting but often uncertain time of life.

 

Eimear provides pregnancy massage and pregnancy reflexology at her treatment room in Wexford as well as incorporating some aspects of birth preparation into each session. Birth preparation classes for couples are also available either at home or at the treatment room and are a fantastic way for the couple to explore what lies ahead as well as learning techniques and tips that will undoubtedly increase their confidence for labour and birth.

 

Eimear is available for labour support either at home or in the hospital, if this is something you would like please call to discuss well before your due date! Of course for the post natal period massage & reflexology treatments are a fantastic aid to recovery and helping you adapt to motherhood (or fatherhood) and the latest addition to Eimear's list of treatments is Infant Massage & Movement classes.
