Going weeks without communication from the outside world, dealing with the Roxanne Pallett scandal, and being unable to see his family has helped him to truly appreciate the little things.
And one of those things includes treasuring the precious moments he has with his daughter Scarlett, nephew Teddy, and niece Elsie Rose.
Baby Elsie has stolen his heart and with all the time he has spent with her since his CBB win, there is no doubt he is in the running for favourite uncle.
The Corrie star recently enjoyed a night full of play time and laughter with his little niece, re-enacting an iconic Disney scene.
Lifting Elsie in his arms, he pretended to be Rafiki lifting baby Simba atop Pride Rock in the Lion King.
“And so we are all connected in the great Circle of Life”, he quoted the childhood classic.
The actor even added the hashtags: #queenthomas and #family.
Elsie is in hysterics at her silly uncle’s antics, laughing as she looks at his smiling face.
“Aww such a lovely picture”, one fan commented.
And it certainly is, the dynamic family duo look like they have the best time together.
