Sam Faiers, former TOWIE star, welcomed her first baby back in December of last year.

Naming her little one after his dad, Paul Knightley, the 25-year-old, who is obviously a very proud mama, has been sharing photos of Baby Paul on Instagram since his arrival.

However, her latest post has received a bit of a backlash because it shows her lying on a sun lounger breastfeeding.

With 1.5million followers on the social media site, the star was never going to please everyone, but the response she received is quite honestly heartbreaking.

Captioning the stunning photo “Me & my bubba”, we’re sure Sam wasn't expecting so many people to leave negative comments, with many threatening to and some actually unfollowing her.

“I'm unfollowing! Seriously why do people need to post this s***?! Yes, you breastfeed well done you, have a star! Cover it up or be private about it [sic],” wrote one commentator.

While another went on to say: “Ur only publicising breastfeeding because of all the hype about it how can u use ur child for a pr stunt@samanthafaiers1 [sic]”

However, thankfully, there were many other women who were quick to defend her, with one saying: “Beautiful picture your doing an amazing job and normalising breastfeeding love it.”

But it’s this comment that really restored our faith in humanity:

"Can't believe she's getting slated for breastfeeding her baby. She can't do right for doing wrong. I actually feel for you @samanthafaiers1. Most natural thing in the world yet you get disgusting comments about it. Funny how people don't get hated on for having their asses out and legs spread on Instagram. This world's messed up [sic]!!"
