Heather Rae El Moussa has opened up about life as a mum.
The Selling Sunset star welcomed the birth of her first child, Tristan, with her husband Tarek El Moussa at the end of January.
Tarek is also dad to 12-year-old Taylor and seven-year-old Brayden from a previous relationship, making Heather a step-mum of two which she had previously admitted has been ‘life-changing’ for her.
Now, in a candid motherhood update, Heather has spoken out about her son’s sleeping habits, their ‘chaotic household’ and reveals she misses her step-children when they aren’t staying with her and Tarek.
Posting a photo of her and Tarek with baby Tristan, the real estate agent explained, “Fun updates: Tristan is sleeping well at night (sometimes), he loves the camera, he’s smiling and giggling, he loves touching faces and is the happiest chill baby”.
Heather Rae went on to admit, “Always missing Tay & Bray on nights where it’s just us though”.
“The El Moussa household may be a little more chaotic with 3 kids but it feels full. Love our family and love watching T grow day by day”, she added.
Many of Heather’s fans headed to the comments to praise Heather for her honest update and insight into her life.

When Heather was expecting Tristan, she penned a heartfelt message about her step-children, revealing she ‘got so lucky’ to have her blended family.
“Not everyone can understand the close relationship I have with the kids & that’s fine, all that matters is how we feel”.
“The kids made me want to have kids, I love my role as their bonus mom”, the reality TV star explained.
