Sensational Kids was founded in 2007 by Karen Leigh, who had discovered first-hand a lack of affordable support services for children with special educational needs.
To date, Sensational Kids has worked with more than 3,250 children.
Thanks to the fantastic work of the Sensational Kids multidisciplinary team, these children are now being given the opportunity to excel and reach their full potential.
The charity is holding its inaugural conference in Dublin on Tuesday, 19th and Wednesday, 20th April 2016, and they are asking parents, carers, teachers, SEN teachers, Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapist to attend.
Alongside the conference, there will be an exhibition with suppliers of SEN products and support groups available to offer advice and provide information over the two days.
The conference will take place at the Citywest Hotel, and there is an evening programme on the Tuesday aimed specifically at parents and carers.
This will include a buffet dinner and a chance to network with other parents and professionals.
