According to numerous emerging reports, the estranged wife of celebrated Michelin chef, Marco Pierre White, has confirmed that she has been charged with assaulting two of the three children they share together.

Mati Conejero, who wed 54-year-old Marco in 2000, and is the mother of 22-year-old Luciano, 21-year-old Marco Jnr and 15-year-old Mirabelle spoke to clamouring media regarding an incident which took place at an address in Chiswick High Road on September 20th last year.

The 51-year-old mum-of-three, who was arrested in October on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm, confirmed that she had been formally charged on the 4th of February, but was reluctant to divulge any further details.

Speaking to the Mail on Sunday, Mati, who began former partner Marco in 1993, simply said: "There are two charges, one is one son, and one is the other. I'm not speaking to the press."

Elaborating on the details surrounding Mati's case, a spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: "Mathilde Conejero, 51, unemployed of Chiswick High Road, W4 appears on bail at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court on 7 March charged with two counts of assault against two men, aged 20 and 21, at an address in Chiswick on 20 September 2015."

Mati and Marco began divorce proceedings in 2007 following claims of infidelity against the celebrity chef, but the couple never officially completed the process.
