There's no doubt that music mogul, Simon Cowell, has mellowed since welcoming baby son, Eric, into his life, but it looks like the famous dad-of-one hasn't changed completely!

As his presence on his incredibly successful TV shows illustrate, the 55-year-old multi-millionaire is steadfast in his views and unlikely to partake in anything he doesn't want to, so it may not come as any surprise to learn that the doting dad has yet to tend to one specific parenting duty.

Speaking to HELLO! magazine about his 15-month-old son, the X Factor judge revealed: "I still haven't changed a nappy, but I love being a dad."

We do wonder how the world-famous Britain's Got Talent judge has managed to get away with that one!

If this admission is to be believed, he may find that he mightn't be so lucky next time around because according to the music mogul and his partner Lauren Silverman, there will be a next time!

Having discussed the issue in the past, the dad-of-one again hinted that little Eric may not be an only child for much longer, saying: "I think if you one child it would be lovely to have two and yes, I would like to have a little girl."

Echoing Simon's sentiments, 37-year-old Lauren asserted the couple may soon share some exciting news, but revealed that their little girl may have some troublesome teen years ahead, saying: "The only problem is that I will feel sorry for her when she is older because she won't be able to leave the house and no man would dare come near her because Simon would be so protective."

Revealing that they have a few names in mind for their future daughter, Simon gushed: "I never expected to be a father, but I love it."

How exciting!
