If there's one thing we absolutely LOVE about International Women's Day, it's how it inspires girls of the next generation to reach for the stars.
Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is certainly working to empower his two-year-old daughter Jasmine Lia. The former wrestler uploaded a video to Instagram yesterday of him teaching the adorable tot to say 'girl power', among other phrases.
"All right, my queen, can we say ‘girl power?'" he said to curly-haired Jasmine in the video.
"Girl power!" she repeated back perfectly. Um, this is simply too cute!
It's great to see her in such high spirits, especially after the two-year-old was rushed to A&E on Saturday night.
"We were up all night in the emergency room, we had something scary that happened to our little baby girl Jasmine — she’s okay now! — thank God," the Moana actor shared in a separate video, in which he thanked the emergency responders and medical staff who helped them in their hour of need.
He also had some wise words for parents who may find themselves in a similar distressing situation, saying, "To all you mommies and daddies out there — I just highly recommend that you stay as calm and as focused as possible because our babies… they pick up what you send out."
Now, thankfully, Jasmine is back to her old self, and she is ready to learn new phrases from her supportive father.
"There you go! Okay how about this, ‘International Women’s Day,'" the 45-year-old asked his little one.
"Women's day!" she said, to which he enthusiastically replied, "Perfect!"
"All right, can you say, ‘Daddy is the most handsome, brilliant, sexiest — might not be appropriate — man alive? Say all that," the Fast and the Furious star continued.
"Say all that," Jasmine responded, which Dwayne praised with another, "Perfect!"
Hm, we wonder if he'll be teaching her the phrase 'big sister' soon! Dwayne and his girlfriend Lauren Hashian announced in December that they are expecting their second child together, another little girl.
As well, The Rock is father to 16-year-old Simone Alexandria, whom he shares with ex-wife Dany Garcia.
