Stacey Solomon is almost ready to welcome the latest addition to her family.
The 29-year-old is set to become a mum for the third time when she gives birth to her first baby with boyfriend Joe Swash.
The TV presenter, who is mum to ten-year-old Zachary and six-year-old Leighton, took to Instagram to upload snaps from her stunning baby shower which she celebrated at the weekend.
She captioned the post, ''I can’t begin to describe what a wonderful day I’ve had. Thank you to everyone who made my baby shower so special! I am such a lucky lady. Love you all to the moon and back! Me and bump are in our element!''
Stacey continued, ''I feel on top of the world. Also, thank you to all of the lovely messages and well wishes from everyone on here. I’ve been trying to reply but I can’t keep up and I keep getting emotional in between haha, crying with happiness right now.''
The party was thrown by Stacey's sister, who was featured in the pictures alongside Stacey's excited son Zachary.
Her fans were delighted for the star on her happy day.
