Hilary Duff welcomed her gorgeous baby daughter Banks two months ago.
And she is enjoying every second, although she is also embracing the moments when she feels like her ''old self''.
The 31-year-old ook to Instagram to post a stunning photo of herself and remind her followers about the early stages of motherhood.
She captioned the picture, ''Don’t get too get fancy very often these days. So I took a selfie to remember my old self.''
She continued, ''However, the real thing to remember is that this tiny baby and spit up and sweatpants and not leaving the house is temporary and will actually be a phase that is gone too quickly''
Her followers were quick to agree with her.
One said, ''Yes, it is. She will be grown in the blink of an eye. You are still beautiful!''
While another wrote, ''Children are wonderful, but remember to always make time for yourself to recharge.''
Banks is her first child with her boyfriend Matthew Koma.
She also has a son, six-year-old Luca with her ex-husband, Mike Comrie.
She looks amazing and it's a good reminder that even with a new baby, mums should always make time for themselves too.
