Former Boyzone star, Ronan Keating, took to Instagram earlier today to pay tribute to his eldest child by posting a fantastic father/ son shot of himself and his son as he turns 16 today.
In an extremely sweet message to 16-year-old Jack, Ronan wrote: "Your (sic) a handsome divil @jackkeating. Happy Birthday Son. So excited for Ya hitting the big 16."
Taking a moment to reflect on his own youth, Ronan continued: "Hard to believe it's when I began with the Boyz. Love ya Buddy."
The 38-year-old star, who is separated from Jack's mum Yvonne, finished the tribute with a very touching message, saying: "Your (sic) the best son a man could ever hope for. So proud of You."
And it looks like Ronan's fans and followers were only too happy to wish Jack a happy birthday, with one fan writing: "I remember him being born. I was a teenager. Now I have two girls of my own. Happy 16th birthday Jack!"
It's hard to believe Ronan was just a teenager when he took his first steps into the world of music!
