Taking a young baby on a flight is never an easy thing to do. As we try to keep them quiet and happy so they don’t disturb other passengers, the last thing any parent needs is for someone to start complaining about their little ones.
And it seems even celebrities aren't immuned from scathing comments off other people, with Simon Cowell taking to Twitter to vent his frustration while travelling with his young son, Eric.
The X Factor mogul was flying first class from London to Miami when another passenger started to complain about his 13-month-old son’s crying.
According to Simon, baby Eric was a little restless on the long haul flight and one passenger was clearly not happy sitting beside the tot.
The man apparently complained about the youngster’s occasional crying and even asked to be moved away from the duo.
Just arrived in Miami. The @British_Airways team were great. Eric travelled with us but one really really grumpy man complained. A Lot!

He asked to be moved. Complained to the staff. And there was a lot of sighing and tutting. The other passengers were amazing.

However, Simon's fans, who had been through the same experience, were quick to offer their sympathy.
@SimonCowell there's always one bad apple
