Terrifying: Alex Jones fears about being a mum-of-two are so real

She's almost ready to welcome her second child.

And now Alex Jones has spoken out about the fact that she's terrified of having another baby;

The One Show host opened up about her worries on podcast I See What You're Saying.

She revealed, '''Everybody has nerves about being a mum and being a parent. Pregnancy for any woman is a period of excitement, also slightly terrifying as you don't know what to expect. Even with your second it's like: 'How am I going to do two?'"

The 42-year-old is mum to two-year-old Teddy with her husband Charlie Thomson, who she married in 2016.

She continued, ''Mum was amazing at the beginning, when we first had Teddy, for the first three weeks, thankfully. I don't know how we would have done it without her.''

The TV presenter also got candid about having the baby blues.

She said, ''It is a horrible, horrible feeling. Because you should be feeling this incredible joy and you just feel like everything is so hard and it's never going to end. You feel like it's just you at the time but you talk to other mums and you find it's really common. It passes and things get better. It gets easier. It does."

As well as that; Alex also found that breastfeeding was worse than the birth.

She said, ''I found it really painful. There are many different reasons why it doesn't work out for some women – which I found out the hard way, four months in."

Now with only a little while to go before she becomes a mum-of-two, we wish Alex all the best for the rest of the pregnancy and the birth.
