Testers wanted for Goodall's Rubs
27/09/2014 16:51
Goodall's new range of spice rubs is a great addition to your store cupboard for speedy and flavours filled cooking. Unlike a lot of other rubs on the market, which are bulked up with salt to make them cheaper, these rubs are salt free and are made from coarsely ground premium spices for an authentic taste. The good news is that they are coeliac friendly too (that means they are gluten free).

For anyone on a budget or in a hurry (isn’t that all of us today!) they are perfect for creating great ethnic dishes without having to buy a huge range of different ingredients or spending ages measuring out different spices.  There are 5 variants that we’d like you to try: they are: Lemon Pepper Fish Rub, Thai Red Curry Rub, Argentine Meat Rub, Moroccan Tagine Rub and Thai Green Curry Rub.

These rubs can be used as a coating for meat and fish just before cooking or as a marinade for a deeper flavour.  They are also perfect to add flavour to curries and stews and even salad dressings.

We are looking for 30 Mums, who would like to trial Goodall's Rubs. If you would like to take part in this Mum’s Say trial, simply click here and join the group. Only entries that are received through this link will be accepted.
