The greatest kids’ TV show of all time has been revealed, and you’ll definitely know this family favourite. Radio Times announced that Blue Peter has been crowned the winner.

The heart-warming and educational BBC show came out on top, beating the likes of Pingu and Grange Hill.

The top show was chosen by a group of children’s TV presenters, as well as experts in kids’ TV programmes, including Noel Edmonds, Phillip Schofield, Konnie Huq and David Walliams.

One thing you’ll notice is most of the TV shows in the top 20 hail from the 1980s- meaning it the was the most popular era for kids’ shows.

These days, children are spending more and more time on YouTube. Instead of watching the likes of Blue Peter, they spend hours watching ‘vloggers’ such as Zoella.
