For her beachfront getaway in Bahia, in her native Brazil, Valentino PR consultant Charlene de Ganay designed a thatch-roofed master bath open to the surrounding beachfront and garden. The discreet sunken tub and open shower are both paved in polished cement; the carved-wood towel rack is Balinese.
The low-slung Spoon tub by G.P. Benedini for Agape is placed before a wall of windows that offers stunning views of the woods and ravine outside the Toronto home of designers George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg.
