We’re beginning the day with some positive news, after a member of singer Michael Bublé’s family reported that son Noah’s cancer is ‘gone’.

A journalist from a news outlet in Argentina, where Bublé’s wife Luisana Lopilato is from, claims the model’s sister confirmed: “The cancer has gone.”

Quoting Daniela Lopilato, the journalist said: “I’m going to read word-for-word what Daniela told me, because I don’t want to miss out even a comma. She tells me, ‘Yes, Noah is recovering, and we’re very happy that’s the case. His parents will speak when they want to do so.’”

“There’s a sentence which I think is wonderful and has to do with the information a colleague of mine has received, and I insist there’s no official confirmation, because Noah’s parents haven’t spoken – but, in principle, the youngster is on the mend. The sentence is, ‘The cancer has gone’.”

The news spread across national and international news sites and programmes, with many asking Daniela for a direct quote.

While she didn't respond to the reports head-on, she took to Twitter to confirm that Noah is ‘doing well’.

There was widespread shock last November when, in a Facebook statement, singer Bublé announced that Noah was battling liver cancer.

The tot is believed to have begun four months of chemotherapy before Christmas.
