Is it teething time for your little one?
These 3 foods help Holly Willoughby maintain a healthy weight

We can’t help but wish we looked as glamorous as Holly Willoughby. The mum never fails to dazzle whether she’s presenting This Morning, walking down the red carpet or simply going about her day-to-day business.

We are forever in awe of her stunning figure and can’t help but wonder what she does to stay looking so fabulous all of the time.

A source close to the presenter recently revealed that she sticks to quite the strict diet to maintain her shape.

They told The Mirror that Holly’s diet consists of chicken, carrots and hummus.

The presenter has a major sweet tooth but tries to stay away from chocolate and ice cream and opts for fruit instead.

"You’ll never see her without a pack of mango either, to satisfy her sweet tooth,” a source told the publication.

The TV personality has also taken up ballet and kickboxing to help her stay fit. She is also a major pilates fan.

The source said: “She loves doing them. She says she’s discovered ‘a new me’ and won’t be giving up any time soon.”

Holly has always been wary of discussing her weight loss as she knows it can be triggering, especially for people who suffer from eating disorders, therefore we’ll take this news with a pinch of salt.

We love how considerate Holly is when it comes to body image. There are so many women, including celebrities, who suffer from body issues and have extremely low self-confidence but Holly stressed that being healthy is the most important thing.

“As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me,” she commented.

We couldn’t agree with her more.
