An intriguing ad posted on a nanny-hiring site has led many to believe that Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan are seeking a nanny.
The ad sought a professional nanny for a young San Francisco-based “entrepreneurial” family who own “multiple residences”.
Even more interesting is the fact that the family seek a nanny who speaks Mandarin. Priscilla grew up in a Mandarin-speaking family and Mark is also fluent in the language.
The couple have two little girls, Max, 21 months old, and August, one-month-old. Mark recently returned to work after taking some time off to be with his new baby.
The ad was placed on www.findtherightnanny.com and offered a generous salary of $110,000-$130,000.

It reads as follows: “A young entrepreneurial family with several businesses and philanthropic interests is looking to hire a nanny to provide a safe, caring, nurturing and stimulating environment in which a child can develop.
“This busy family is constantly on the go and has multiple residences”.
The nanny would have to work from 8am to 9pm five days in a row but would then have five days off.
The ad also mentioned that the family have several other members of staff, including a managing director, household operations manager, other nannies, a housekeeping team and personal assistants, as well as security.
“The existing household and family support staff work extraordinarily well together – they rely on and help each other resulting in a strong team", the ad explained.
The ad attracted intense speculation and has since been removed from the site, whether this is because the position has been filled or whether the Facebook mogul realised his cover had been blown, we don’t know.
Earlier this year, the couple made the exciting announcement that they are expecting their second daughter.
The couple were overjoyed as they were worried they wouldn't be able to have any more children after their first daughter Max was born.
Mark broke the wonderful news on Facebook writing: “When Priscilla and I first found out she was pregnant again, our first hope was that the child would be healthy.
"My next hope was that it would be a girl. I cannot think of a greater gift than having a sister and I'm so happy Max and our new child will have each other”.
