This ad for Pampers in Japan celebrates the fact that baby's first birthday is also an anniversary for mums - they've survived the first year. The video shows mums speaking to the doctor at their little one's check up. "I haven't slept properly in a year," says one very honest mum. "I was so unsure when she was a newborn," says another. "Everything was new."
It's the end of the ad though that will really have you reaching for the tissues, as the women are given a beautiful gesture of thanks by their partners. It's a real tearjerker, but worth a watch!
