The tot has a thick mop of brown hair in the video and looks so big.
In the clip, you can hear the mum-of-one greeting her little boy "good morning".
Theodore instantly reacts with a massive smile, to which Vogue gives out a little laugh.
"I think I’ve watched this video a million times already, his smile is just the BEST thing in the world. Happy Friday from us," wrote the 33-year-old on Instagram.
As the little boy gets bigger, he's starting to look very like his daddy, Spencer Matthews.
Spencer shared an adorable picture of himself and his son, and they look so very alike.
He captioned the sweet snap: "Busted doing a little tummy time... Two peas in a pod."
