The mum-of-one, who tied the knot last Friday, was presented with a gown from Victoria’s upcoming collection to wear while holidaying with new husband, Christian Horner.
Making up for her non-attendance due to work commitments in Singapore, the lovely Mrs. Beckham gifted the beautiful bride with a specially designed dress, perfect for her post-nuptial vacation.
Commenting on the thoughtful gift, an insider told The Sun newspaper: “Victoria sent Geri a special dress from her own collection. Her new line features abstract hearts, so what better occasion to wear one than on honeymoon?”
In addition to the stunning gown, the fashionista also sent the 42-year-old bride flowers to celebrate the big day and a source revealed: “She also sent a touching message of love and support and a giant flower arrangement which was so big a PA was struggling to find space for it.”
Paying tribute to Geri on her special day, Victoria wrote: “My beautiful friend @gerihalliwellofficial. Sending u love and happiness. I'm so sad I couldn't be with you on your special day x I love u x." (sic)
The proud mum of 9-year-old daughter Bluebell began dating her new husband in February of last year before confirming their engagement in the The Times just nine months later.
Geri, who looked radiant with happiness, made her vows in front of just one of her former bandmates during the romantic ceremony in Bedfordshire last Friday.
