Anyone who follows her on Instagram will know that she has been excitedly marking each and every milestone of her pregnancy, and we’re delighted to hear that Candice Swanepoel has finally given birth to her first child.
The 27-year-old Victoria’s Secret Angel welcomed a son with her fiancé, Hermann Nicoli, on Friday.
According to E! News, the South African model has chosen to name her tot Anaca, which is the Portuguese word for a type of bird.
Sure enough, the word ‘Anaca’ graced the walls at Candice’s incredible safari-themed baby shower, which was held two months ago.
The stunning model announced her pregnancy news back in March, before going on to confirm the gender two months later.
The news of Candice’s baby’s arrival comes just two weeks after her best friend and fellow model, Behati Prinsloo, welcomed daughter Dusty Rose with husband Adam Levine.
We can’t wait to get our first look at baby Anaca!
